2. Refunds on digital items

​

If you have purchased a digital item with us, you will be entitled to a refund for the first 14 days after purchase. Send an email to cassie@everythingsrosieshow.com to start the refund process. you will be notified by email when we receive your request and you will be notified by email when/if your application is successful. We will refund successful applications within 14 days of approval.

3. Refunds on physical items

​

If you have purchased a physical item with us, you will be entitled to a refund for the first 14 days after purchase. Send an email to cassie@everythingsrosieshows.com and we will send you a prepaid returns envelope. you will have 14 days to return the item to us. Once we receive the item you will be notified by email and your returns case will be considered. You will be notified by email of the outcome and on a successful application, we will return your money within 14 days.

4. Refunded requirements.

​

All refunds are subject to proof of purchase the most speedy way to do this would be to provide your order number but any effective method of verifying your purchase will be accepted.

 

Refunds are not conditionally to reason as per UK law however we may ask you why you choose to return the item. This will be used exclusively by our team for sales and adjustment purposes, you do not need to inform us and it will not change the outcome of your case if you refuse, however, Everything's Rosie would be grateful for the insight.
